So after our Thunder Bay gig we had a day off to drive to Toronto. Something like a 19 hr trip. We tried our best to make it to a Toxic Holocaust/Napalm Death show which was halfway to Toronto. Instead of making it to their gig we blew the transmission in our brand new Ford rental van. Good thing we had insurance. So we were basically stuck in the middle of Canada with out a ride.
We weighed out our options and the only thing possible was to rent a truck to get to our next gig.
We barely made it to the Toronto show. If it weren't for God Forbid switching spots with us we would have had to cancel the show. We showed up during their last song and ran straight to the stage and played. What a stressful day!
